These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of veepl.io (the “Site”) and the services provided by Veepleo (“Veepleo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, contacting us, or enrolling in our text messaging program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Our Services

Veepleo provides tax preparation and related services. Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. Using the Site or submitting our contact form does not by itself create a preparer–client relationship; such a relationship begins only when we mutually agree to an engagement. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information; the accuracy of any return or filing depends on the information you provide.

3. Text Messaging (SMS) Program Terms

Veepleo sends account notifications to tax clients who have opted in — including document requests, appointment confirmations, and e-signature requests. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive these recurring SMS text messages from Veepleo.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to receive text messages in order to buy any goods or services from us.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help or contact support@veepl.io. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send further text messages unless you opt in again.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We handle your mobile information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it to transmit harmful or unlawful content.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the “Veepleo” name, are owned by or licensed to Veepleo and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veepleo and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veepleo from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Utah.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
